A visit fee Payment are due at the time the appointment is scheduled. This visit fee covers the technician coming to your home to evaluate eligibility and take initial records if needed. If you are a candidate for the dentures, the Visit fee is rolled into your treatment fee as a courtesy.
We will work with you during the initial phone call to understand your needs and your condition and to determine whether you are a candidate or not. But the final determination is done once the visit takes place.
Our service is designed for patients who have lost all their teeth in our arch or both. If patients require any additional procedure such as extractions, bone smoothening, or need a biopsy for a pathology that they have prior to the dentures, these patients need to travel to a local dentist who can perform these procedures.
Scheduling is simple and quick. The process is as follows :
Submit a scheduling request by calling us
Complete payment for your visit Fee.
Receive your appointment confirmation email.
Expect our Visit to the address provided.
Scheduling requires commitment from our providers as well as you to be able to make the appointment. Once the providers are booked they get paid for booking you on their schedule. For this reason, cancelling the appointment does not provide any refund.
Additionally, scheduling a new appointment requires paying a full appointment fee and is subject to the same conditions.
Please ensure that that the time of scheduling your appointment, that the patient, and their care giver or decision maker are available and committed to the visit.
